IEEE WIE Quebec affinity group is voluntary group which formed for the first time in Quebec section in Laval University. Purpose of this group is to facilitate the recruitment and retention of women in technical disciplines in Quebec and inspiring girls in Quebec to follow their academic interests to a career in engineering.
